Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information is collected when you visit scalableops.co or book an Operations Call, how it is used, and what your choices are. ScalableOps is an operations consultancy. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean ScalableOps.

Who is responsible for your data

ScalableOps is operated by Tommaso Marcantonio, who is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

You can contact me about anything in this policy at tommydeejay724@gmail.com.

What I collect

Booking an Operations Call. When you book through the scheduling widget on this site, you provide your name, your email address, the time you choose and any notes or answers you add to the booking form. This is processed by Cal.com, the scheduling service I use, and shared with me.

Getting in touch. If you email or message me, I receive whatever you choose to send, along with your contact details.

Technical information. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver and secure the site.

There is no account, login or payment on this site, so I do not collect payment details here.

How I use it

I use your information to schedule and run the call you asked for, to prepare for it, to reply to your messages, to follow up on the conversation, and to keep the site working and secure. If we work together, I also use it to deliver and administer the work.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis for visitors in the UK and EU

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, I rely on: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (booking and preparing for a call), my legitimate interest in running and securing the business and replying to enquiries, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where I ask for it.

Who I share it with

I share personal information only with service providers that help me run the site and the service, and only as far as needed. These currently include Cal.com for scheduling, Framer for hosting the site and measuring visits, and the email, calendar and video-call tools I use to talk with you.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The booking widget provided by Cal.com may store information in your browser, such as cookies or local storage, that it needs to run the scheduling flow. The hosting provider may also use technical storage needed to serve the site. The site uses Framer’s built-in analytics to measure visits and page views, including referrer, country, device and browser; it does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google’s font servers, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.

International transfers

My providers may process information in countries outside your own, including outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised by data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

I keep booking details and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and afterwards for as long as I have a legitimate business or legal reason to. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, subject to any legal obligation to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how I use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at the address above.

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including relying on established providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
