Case Study Disclaimer

Last updated 2 October 2026

This page applies to the case studies and results shown on scalableops.co, including the Results section and any case studies linked from it.

Results are examples, not promises

The case studies describe real work with specific companies. The outcomes shown, such as revenue growth, faster client onboarding or hours saved, are what happened in those situations. They are not a guarantee, a prediction or a typical result for any other business.

Many factors shape results

Every company starts from a different place. Results depend on factors such as the size and skills of the team, the market, pricing, how quickly changes are adopted, and decisions made by the founders and staff. My work was one contributing factor, and I do not claim it was the only cause of any result.

About the figures

Figures such as monthly recurring revenue (MRR), time savings and onboarding times relate to the client’s own business, not to ScalableOps. They cover the period and scope described in each case study. Values shown with a tilde, a plus sign or words such as “tens of hours” are approximate.

Unless stated otherwise, the figures have not been independently audited or verified.

Clients and endorsement

Company names are used only to identify the work described. Their appearance on this site does not imply that they endorse, or are affiliated with, ScalableOps, except where an endorsement is clearly stated.

Not professional advice

The content of this site, including the case studies, is general information about my work. It is not financial, legal, tax, employment or other professional advice. Decisions about your own business should be based on your own circumstances and, where appropriate, advice from a qualified professional.

Third-party tools

Case studies may mention tools such as Airtable or Slack. These are trademarks of their respective owners, and mentioning them does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
